Health care benefits under our group plan are provided by Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Benefits include medical care and prescription drug coverage. MSRC offers two medical plan options; a PPO Plan and a High Deductible Plan, as well as a cash-in-lieu-of-benefits option for those employees who have health coverage elsewhere.
